Getting started
- Add your players and their handicaps.
- Add your course, or scan the scorecard (then check what it read).
- Build your Stack: pick your games, set the stakes, adjust your house rules.
- Tee off. Enter scores hole by hole, then Save & Next.
- At the 19th Hole, Settle the Stack and share the results.
Common questions
How do my friends get the results?
At the 19th Hole, tap Text the group to send everyone the results card, balances and the full scorecard in one text. Friends who have Stack can also tap the round link to add it to their own history.
The scorecard scan got something wrong.
The scanner is a helper, not a perfect reader. Scorecards vary a lot. Always review the highlighted numbers before saving, and tap any number to fix it.
My group plays a game differently.
Open the game from your Stack and look through its House Rules. Most variations are there. If yours isn't, email us. That's exactly the kind of feedback we want.
Can I fix a hole after saving it?
Yes. Tap the hole, make the change, and Stack shows you what it does to the totals before you confirm.
I'm getting a new iPhone. Will my history move over?
Yes, if you set up the new phone from an iCloud backup or transfer directly from your old phone. Stack's data comes along automatically.
Does Stack handle payments?
No. Stack only does the math and shows who owes whom. Settling up is between you and your group.
